This evening, at 1907, the HTFD was dispatched for a vehicle accident at Yorkana Road and Valley View Road.  Engine 21 arrived on scene with one vehicle into the bank, all occupants out and being checked by the BLS on scene.  After the hazards were controlled and the debris removed from the roadway, the box was placed available at 20:00.

Before everyone had the chance to take their bunker gear off from the first call, 21 and 41 volunteers along with the boat out of Lancaster County Station 8-1 were dispatched for a water rescue with a possible cardiac arrest.  Per the request of Chief 21, all fire equipment held out of the scene with the exception of the BLS unit.  After a short while, all fire equipment was placed available.
