Mutual Aid Equipment:
This evening saw a brush fire for the 21 Volunteers.  Stations 21 and 41 were on the initial dispatch from York County DES at 17:09.  Deputy 7-9 sighted the fire at about 5:00 PM and reported the fire to York and Station 41.  Both 21 and 41 dumped the house, with Attack 21, Engines 21 and 41, Rescues 41-1 and 41-2, and Tanker 21.  Chief 41 asked for additional brush units.  After an extended search for the fire, the Engine crew from 41 arrived on scene.  Deputy 41 and crew made the initial attack with Chief 21 behind on an ATV.  Once a fire line was established, the fire was marked under control and additional manpower made its way into the scene.  The 41-03 box was available at 21:00.  Special thanks to Stat MedEvac for scene lighting and residents for manpower transportation.
