The 21 Tanker was dispatched at 1031 on the 38-601 box for a reported structure fire as a replacement unit.  The tanker went enroute with two in just a few minutes.  Chief 38 arrived on the scene with a working fire with heavy smoke visible, requesting an ops channel.  Tanker 21 crew made the slick and icy drive back the dirt road to the residence and found Engine 44-2 supplying Engine 38 with water from a nearby pond.  After the tanker crew confirmed an established water supply, they were sent to manpower staging.  Quickly, the crew was sent to the second division to open up the ceilings and walls.  It was determined that there was no extension.  After the road was salted by the Lower Windsor Township Road Crew, all units were able to back out of the lane safely.
