For Fire Prevention Week, both Hellam and Wrightsville Fire Companies held open houses.
Monday, Station 21 opened our doors to the public, for them to see
what it is that we do. Fire truck rides were given with the assistance of
the 41 brothers. Also, a maze was set up to crawl through, a slideshow
played pictures of recent incidents, and personnel were available for questions.
Wednesday, the Hellam Volunteers traveled down the road to Wrightsville
to assist with their open house. A special thanks to our Wrightsville brothers
for their assistance. |
