This week's Tuesday night training was conducted at the YCFS. Engine 21 and
Utility were full for the ladder refresher. Initially, personnel were broken
down into senior and junior groups. The junior members went over basic
ladder techniques while the senior members practiced victim rescue. Three
scenarios were conducted: unconscious rescue from the first division,
unconscious rescue from the second division, and conscious rescue from the second
division. Thanks to Captian Tracey and Asst. Chief Rudisill for their
guidance with these drills. |
