At 02:56, the Hellam Volunteers were alerted to 4387 Run Way in the Township for a dumpster fire next to Flinchbaugh Engineering, Inc., bringing a full structure response.  Chief 21 went enroute, as did the Engine, Tanker, and Utility.  Chief arrived to a working dumpster fire, contained and away from the structure.  The Engine arrived, laying the supply and pulled the bumper line.  The fire was extinguished and mutual aid crews began to remove the layers of trash.  Once the dumpster was cooled and equipment was returned to service, the 21-14 box was placed available at 04:25.

Another structure response was tapped at approximately 05:00 on April 28 for the same dumpster at the same location.  Engine and Tanker responded and extinguished the fire.  Once again, crews from 41, 7-9, and 8-1 assisted in pulling the trash and cooling the dumpster.  Foam was applied to the inside of the container and the box went available.
