New Fire Hose |

Station 21 is fortunate to have new fire hose on all of its apparatus. Now
all hose is uniform and is able to be loaded wet since it is a synthetic material
that won't rot. This feature is a money-saver because we don't need to
have a lot of reserve hose. Engine 21 is now outfitted with 1500 feet of
5" LDH rather than 2100 feet of 4". A portion of the new fire hose was paid
for by a state grant. |
