At 1534, the Hellam Volunteers were alerted for a vehicle accident with injuries on Cool Creek Road at the intersection with Mt. Pisgah Road.  Engine 21 went enroute shortly after.  Rescue 41-2 arrived with a two vehicle accident, two confined in one vehicle.  The engine crew arrived at 1540 and assisted the rescue squad out of Wrightsville and the engine company out of Columbia #1 with scene and hazard control.  Extrication was complete and the incident was marked under control at 1553.  The patients were transported by Ambulance 41-3 and fire services waited for the two tow trucks.  Once debris was removed from the roadway, the box was placed available at 1619.

Then att 1726, the engine and tanker were due on the Cool Springs Road overpass of Route 30 for a reported vehicle fire.  Engine and tanker enroute.  Engine 41 arrived to find a minor two vehicle accident.  One vehicle had to be depowered.  EMS 89 evaluated one patient.  The box was available by Chief 41 at 17:56.
