While behind the firehouse cooking for the chicken bar-b-que, Station 21 was alerted
with Station 41 for a vehicle accident with injuries. Chief 21 responding
with the additional of one vehicle versus a telephone pole. Shortly
afterwards, Engine 21 responded with four, two EMTs. Chief 21 and 41 arriving
with one vehicle into a pole, blocking, and one patient. Engine 41 arrived
first, helping with patient care and depowering of the vehicle. Engine
21 arrived providing assistance with fluid control and debris removal.
Following the towing of the vehicle, the box was placed available. 21
crews returned to the station to finish the chicken BBQ. |
