So far today there have been four calls as of 22:00 hours. First, Stations 21 and 41 were dispatched to Wrightsville Borough for an automatic fire alarm. Chief 41-1 on scene with a malfunctioning alarm. Box available. Next was a report of fuel on the roadway at Rt. 462 and Campbell Rd. Rescue 41-1, Attack 21, and Chief 21 enroute. Arriving, Chief 21 reporting a small amount of diesel fuel in the intersection, downgrading the rescue. 21 and 41 crews spread oil dry over the spill. Box avaiable. The third call was a vehicle accident with injuries reported on Rt. 30 at the Hallam exit. Chief 21 enroute with an updated location of Kreutz Creek Rd. in the are of Rt. 30, not smoking or leaking fluids. Rescue 41-1, Rescue 41-2, Chief 41 responding. Shortly after, Engine 21 responding with 8. Engine arriving assisting Ambulance 41-1 with patient care. After patient was in care of EMS, box available. Lastly, Station 21 was alerted along with Stations 25, 34, and 89 to an unknown type fire next to a structure in a residential neighborhood in Springettsbury Township. Engine 21 enroute in 3 minutes with 5 personnel. Duty Officer 89-1 arriving on scene, fire possibly in an fire pit, holding the box to Engines 21 and 89-3 and Truck 89. Crews waited on scene until the fire was checked and explained to the residents. Box available. |
