Early this evening, Stations 21 and 41 were due for the Automatic Fire Alarm in the Township.  Engines 21 and 41 as well as Rescue 41-1 were all enroute, but the box was placed available by Chief 21 prior to arrival.

The 21-14 box was struck this evening for a reported vehicle accident with injuries down an embankment.  Chiefs 21, 21-1, and 41 all went enroute with the additional of a patient with a head injury.  Chief 21 arriving shortly after EMS confirming one vehicle into a ditch.  Patient was in care of EMS and nobody else in the vehicle so Chief downgraded incoming units to non-emergency.  No work was done on the vehicle until towing services arrived.  The vehicle was pulled out of the ditch, personal effects removed, and vehicle towed.  Box available.

Later, 21 and 41 were due again for a smoke investigation outside in Wrightsville Borough.  Engines 21 and 41 as well as Rescue 41-1 all in the area with nothing found.  After the complainant was found, crews were directed to a small fire pit in a back yard.  A copy of the burn ordinance for the Borough was handed out and explained and the fire was extinguished.  Box available.
