Just before noon, the 21-14 box was struck for an investigation outside.  Chief 21-1 about one mile out with a heavy black column requesting information on any controlled burns in the area.  Shortly after, arriving on scene, confirming a controlled burn placing the box available.

The second call for the day came as training was in the clean up stages.  After scrambling to replace equipment back onto the Engine and Tanker, both went enroute quickly with a total crew of 10.  Chief 21 responding given the additional of one motorcycle into a tree, no rider found.  Chief arriving on scene confirming the additional.  Engine and Tanker 21 taking the long way into the scene to search the roads for the rider.  Upon arrival, crews from Engine and Tanker 21 and Rescue 41-2 controlled fluids from the bike and entered the surrounding woods to search for the patient.  While on scene, a tow truck arrived that was not called for.  The tow truck driver informed command that the patient called him from the hospital.  Shortly after, box available.
