The Friendship Fire Company of Hellam is always looking for new volunteers.
Opportunities are available with firefighting,
driving the apparatus, the Auxiliary, and more.
Students ages
14 to 17 qualify as Junior Firefighters.
We will pay for your training
and equipment. You just need to to donate your time and effort!
As
a volunteer, you will find that the compensation is unlike any other job.
Benefits aren't in monetary form. They are community respect, comaraderie
with a group of dedicated members, and self satisfaction. Also,
we have a lot of fun once the job is finished!
